Both Lance and Warren were very courteous and friendly. I had described the job to build a hot electrical line from an existing outlet in my garage and take it outside of the garage for an external garage light ( sconce). They had initially quoted me $200 over the phone. But when Lance came in to assess the actual work, he mentioned that it would take longer than what they had anticipated over the phone ( more around $375-400) based on the hours it would take to do the job. Initially I chose to decline but later I agreed to the revised price. Lance did the job very meticulously and I was very satisfied with the workmanship, courtesy and attitude. Later Warren gave me the final invoice and mentioned that he was able to honor the earlier quote of $200. Would definitely work work with them again! Thank you!

I've gotten quite cynical about quality and competence in the workplace. But Warren and his co-worker are a throwback to bygone days and have renewed my faith! They are fantastic--personable, prompt, dependable, and responsible. Their work is superb, and they helped us out with a complex problem that my usually extremely handy husband simply could not solve. They were also very friendly; it felt as if friends had come to visit. They even sent us a thank-you note after the job was done! Who does that?! I don't know how the price compares to other electricians, but I thought they were very reasonable considering their expertise and all the work they did. I can't recommend them highly enough. Totally worth it.

I was looking for an electrician to install an electric vehicle charging station in my garage. A Tesla employee recommended we get a NEMA 14-50 outlet and order an adapter from Tesla. I reached out to Dr Sparks and a few others. Their communication was the best of all the electricians in the area…I asked how i could save some $$ on my quote, and they suggested I pull the permit myself from the city. I went down to city planning and after getting the right information I received my permit that week and made an appointment for the install. Warren from Dr Sparks came out with another electrician who were super friendly and started their work. After a few hours they were all done…Thanks Dr Sparks! The invoice was emailed to me and I paid through a link I received from them. Super easy.

First let me start off by saying that their customer service is what made me decide to use them for upgrading my garage electrical to support charging my Tesla... These guys are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

I used them to install a home EV charger system. They were punctual, meticulously clean and reasonably priced. Work quality was excellent. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! Amazing service! Warren was very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. I needed my garage outlet looked at to determine if I had the correct option for charging my new Tesla. He confirmed I was good to go and he suggested I buy the adaptor on Tesla website rather than try to offer a service I didn’t need. In fact, when I asked him how much I owe him for his 5 minutes of expertise, he said, “don’t worry about it... just call us in the future if there’s anything you ever need”. He’s a personable profession - a difficult combo to pull off and he does so with an easy going and attentive attitude. Best experience I’ve ever had with an electrician.

Warren took my call and scheduled an immediate appointment that was convenient for me at a specific time. Very punctual, this is important to me as I am not free to wait for a window of time. I had electrical plugs that were not functioning due to a power outage. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what happened and the repair he had done. Trustworthy and experienced. I highly recommend Dr Sparks to anyone needing electric service. I will be passing this on to all of my friends!

It's rare in my experience to get this kind of thoughtful quality work. We have an old delicate house that we love and take great care of and Warren & Monty gave the same level of care and love to this installation. Dr Sparks team has installed new recessed LED can lighting in our Living and Bedroom and it looks AMAZING! The lighting looks like it came with the house, simply a Great job well done. You will be Pleased with the attention to detail with any of your electrical needs.

Warren and Kirsten are the dream team, I was in the market to have my Electrical panel upgraded and Acquired many quotes, They came in at a competitive price, Kirsten has all her contacts ready to go for permits, inspection and SCE Approval. I was given a detailed outline, step for step for the process of the Panel installation. Extremely profession, polite and Punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Sparks Electric to a friend, Colleague, family or Neighbor. 10/10

I found Dr. Sparks Electric via the Tesla certified electrician's page. Their office manager Kirsten (handler of chaos) responded immediately with a detailed explanation of their fee structure. The company is extremely transparent, professional, and provides an end-end service (including pulling city permits). The install crew showed up on time and couldn't have done a cleaner job. Can't wait to charge my car!

Warren of Dr. Sparks provided excellent work when installing my Tesla EV station, full house generator, and two camera flood lights. Warren and Lance worked well together and of course working with Kirsten was the professional icing on the cake. I didn't have to do anything; she worked with the city to get the permits, scheduled the dates based on my specific schedule and was a true gem to deal with. I'd recommend Dr. Sparks for any of your electrical needs.

Warren and Dr. Sparks did some electrical work for me and I am thoroughly impressed! Not only were they on time both days, but were super clean, friendly, professional, and did a great job… on budget!
